We guarantee that all of our images, videos, and descriptions will accurately depict the products – and we won’t allow any different descriptions. The items are inspected before they are shipped by our quality control department. Our customers receive exactly what they expect when they shop at Crystal Design.

We will gladly accept your return if you received a defective/different item. If we are unable to accept your return for any reason other than that, we can’t accept it.

Every image, video, and description on our website is carefully chosen to accurately represent our products. Prior to shipping, quality control inspects each item. Shopping with us means receiving only what the customer expects. As you can see from our product photos, some products present slight imperfections as a result of their handcrafted nature. These reasons make refunds and returns impossible.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product variant, we will cover the return costs for you. The buyer will be responsible for the return costs if the item(s) is/are returned for any other reason. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage. Email sales@themalikstore for return arrangements and they will provide the appropriate address.

We will return the original amount plus shipping fees to your original bank account as soon as all goods have been received at our warehouse and inspected by our team. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your confirmation email.

Within 14 days of delivery, all items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Merchandise that arrives used or damaged will not be accepted for return. Be sure to carefully package returns.

RESENDINGS

We insure all of our packages. We replace any damaged products for FREE if they arrive damaged.

As a result of your feedback, we are constantly improving our services. Please contact us if you ever receive a package that is damaged, but this is a rare occurrence. If the damaged goods are visible in a picture, please send it to sales@themalikstore.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Resends are treated as brand new orders. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The tracking number will also be updated.
